Deine Aufgaben

Mit unserer marktführenden Technologie und einem breit aufgestellten Logistiknetzwerk ermöglichen wir unseren Kunden im E-Commerce, ein hoch effizientes und schnelles Versanderlebnis in Europa zu gestalten.
An Standorten in Deutschland, der Schweiz und in UK arbeiten täglich +100 Mitarbeitende daran, mehrere Millionen Pakete pro Jahr über verschiedene Landesgrenzen hinweg zu koordinieren.

Du übernimmst die Leitung und Steuerung unseres Finance Departments und damit auch die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Förderung deines Teams in den Bereichen Accounting, Controlling und international Tax.
Du verantwortest die gesamte finanzstrategische Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens und alle Aktivitäten im Bereich Corporate Finance sowie M & A.
Du stehst in direktem Austausch mit unserer Geschäftsführung und fungierst als kompetenter und zentraler Ansprechpartner für Investoren und Partner. Auch darüber hinaus leitest du strategische und funktionsübergreifende Projekte.
Du verantwortest die jährliche und quartalsweise Budgetplanung sowie das monatliche Management- und Investoren-Reporting.
Mit deinem Team erstellt du Business- und Investitionspläne sowie Marktanalysen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerbüro und externen Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen.
Zur Sicherstellung unseres anhaltenden Wachstumskurses entwickelst du operativen und strategischen Steuerungsparameter zur Verbesserung von Transparenz, Effektivität, Effizienz und Risikomanagement kontinuierlich weiter und stellst sie dem gesamten Management-Team als methodisches Instrumentarium zur Verfügung.

Dein Profil

Du hast erfolgreich ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finance abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine äquivalente Qualifikation.
Du bringst weitreichende Führungserfahrung sowie eine für die Stelle angemessene und erfolgreich erprobte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finance, Controlling, Reporting und Accounting sowie Erfahrung in der Treasury-Funktion, idealerweise in der E-Commerce-, Software- oder Logistikbranche oder einem Beratungsumfeld, mit.
Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten, prozessuales Denken und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und Fakten zeichnen dich aus.
Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse im Bilanzieren und in der Konsolidierung nach HGB & IFRS.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV, BI-Anwendungen und verfügst über tiefgreifenden Expertise in Excel.
Eine unternehmerische, proaktive, pragmatische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise gehören zu deinen Stärken.
Du besitzt sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

Your Tasks

With our market-leading technology and extensive logistics network, we enable our e-commerce customers to create a highly efficient and fast shipping experience in Europe.
At locations in Germany, Switzerland and the UK, +100 employees work every day to coordinate several million parcels per year across various national borders.

You will take over the management and control of our Finance Department and thus also the professional and disciplinary management and development of your team in the areas of accounting, controlling and international tax.
You will be responsible for the entire financial strategy of our company and all activities in the areas of corporate finance and M&A.
You will liaise directly with our management team and act as a competent and central point of contact for investors and partners. You will also manage strategic and cross-functional projects.
You will be responsible for annual and quarterly budget planning as well as monthly management and investor reporting.
Together with your team, you will draw up business and investment plans as well as market analyses.
You will be responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with our tax office and external auditors.
To ensure our continued growth, you will continuously develop operational and strategic control parameters to improve transparency, effectiveness, efficiency and risk management and make them available to the entire management team as methodological tools.

Your Profile

You have a degree in economics with a focus on finance or an equivalent qualification.
You have extensive management experience as well as proven professional experience in the areas of finance, controlling, reporting and accounting appropriate to the position and experience in the treasury function, ideally in the e-commerce, software or logistics industry or a consulting environment.
You are characterized by excellent analytical skills, process-oriented thinking and a high affinity for figures, data and facts.
You have comprehensive knowledge of accounting and consolidation in accordance with HGB & IFRS.
You are confident in working with DATEV, BI applications and have in-depth expertise in Excel.
Your strengths include an entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic and independent way of working.
You have very good language skills in German and English.
