Deine Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für die Prüfung und Kontierung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Hauptbuch sowie der Kreditoren- / Debitorenbuchhaltung.
Bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse wirkst du aktiv mit und bringst dabei deine Expertise ein.
Du bist verantwortlich für die laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle, sowie die Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse unserer Tochtergesellschaften in der Schweiz und Großbritannien.
Du übernimmst die Kontenabstimmung und -klärung sowie die Bearbeitung von internen und externen Anfragen im Bereich Buchhaltung, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern sicherzustellen.
Du bist verantwortlich für das Debitorenmanagement. Dazu gehört das Erstellen von Rechnungen, überwachen von Zahlungseingängen, sowie das Versenden von Mahnungen.
Du bist für die Abwicklung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs zuständig und überwachst dabei den Zahlungsverkehr.
Zudem unterstützt du bei der Konsolidierung nach HGB.
Bei der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und ZM-Meldungen hast du alles im Blick, um eine termingerechte und korrekte Abgabe sicherzustellen.
Du bist an internen Projekten beteiligt und übernimmst die Verantwortung für diese.

Dein Profil

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten; Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) kein Muss, jedoch wünschenswert.
Du bist digital affin und hast einen sicheren Umgang mit DATEV, Excel oder Google Sheets sowie vorzugsweise weiteren Finance bezogenen Software Tools.
Du kannst selbständig und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten und dich in neue Aufgabenfelder einarbeiten.
Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du bereits Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen hast.
Erfahrungen in UK-GAAP + SWISS-GAAP von Vorteil.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for checking and accounting for all current business transactions in the general ledger and accounts payable / accounts receivable.
You will be actively involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, contributing your expertise in this area.
You will be responsible for current business transactions and preparing the annual financial statements for our subsidiaries in Switzerland and the UK.
You will be responsible for account reconciliation and clarification as well as processing internal and external accounting inquiries to ensure smooth cooperation with all stakeholders.
You are responsible for debtor management. This includes creating invoices, monitoring incoming payments and sending reminders.
You are responsible for processing electronic payments and monitoring payment transactions.
You will also provide support with consolidation in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
You will keep an eye on the preparation of advance VAT returns and tax returns to ensure that they are submitted correctly and on time.
You will be involved in internal projects and take responsibility for them.

Your Profile

Commercial training or training as a tax accountant assistant; accountant (m/f/d) not a must, but desirable.
You have a digital affinity and are confident in using DATEV, Excel or Google Sheets and preferably other finance-related software tools.
You can work independently and autonomously and familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
Previous experience in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns will be an advantage.
Experience in UK-GAAP + SWISS-GAAP is an advantage.
