Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für aller personalrelevanten Themen:
von Recruiting, Admin und Culture bis zu den Grundlagen des Arbeitsrechts.
Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse mit und behältst mit Hilfe unserer HR-Software Personio immer alle Personalfälle und To Dos im Blick.
Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Initiative beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Kernthemen und -prozessen wie Employer Branding, Performance Management, Weiterbildungen und Unternehmenskultur.
Gemeinsam mit einem großartigen Team arbeitest du an spannenden kulturellen Projekten in den Bereichen Benefits, New Work, Diversity & Co. mit.
Du gestaltest und entwickelst das Feelgood Management für unseren Standort in München inklusive der Organisation von Team-Events und der Optimierung einer fantastischen Arbeitsumgebung.

Your Tasks

You are the contact person for all HR-related topics:
from recruiting, admin and culture to the basics of labour law.
You will be involved in the further development of existing HR processes and always keep an eye on all personnel cases and to-dos with the help of our HR software Personio.
You will also take the initiative in setting up and developing core topics and processes such as employer branding, performance management, training and corporate culture.
Together with a great team, you will work on exciting cultural projects in the areas of benefits, new work, diversity & co.
You will design and develop the feelgood management for our location in Munich, including the organization of team events and the optimization of a fantastic working environment.
